January Newsletter – What’s New at conXpros

Happy 2022!!! I hope that everyone reading this newsletter is already off to a fantastic start to your new year. The change of the calendar also marks a time when new goals are set and plans put into motion to achieve those goals. One of the most important pieces of finding success and achieving goals is knowing the “why” you work so hard and tirelessly. Fortunately, here at conXpros, I am constantly reminded of the lives we are changing, the businesses we help grow, and the relationships we build with our clients & teammates. It is easy to remember the “why” in my case… the people. The people are made up of the awesome partners we are blessed to have as well as the people we call family here at conXpros. What better way to ring in the new year than to celebrate the success of those that make it happen. As has become the regular newsletter direction, I wanted to focus on a handful of partner success stories I have been fortunate enough to learn about recently. 

This is from an email I received from one of our account managers, Trent: “Hawaiian Surf Style Painting, just started up with us about a week and a half ago. Wayne (the owner) had his truck break down and was just struggling and questioning if he made the right decision in starting up his own business. He has only officially been in business for 2 weeks. Since then, he has picked up 4 leads from us. Given out 4 bids and just confirmed today a contract for his first closed job not only with us but for his business. The project closed for $12,448.52!!!! He is going to be quitting his other job, fixing his truck, and just overall excited about being able to pursue a dream that he never thought that he could do, and it’s been all because of conXpros!!!”

Here is another amazing one that was shared by Cornelius, another account manager: “I got a really EXCITING call from Josh at Monroe Contracting! We actually started this account off with a mistake and he was getting leads from the wrong locations. NOW fast forward only 3 weeks and he’s ECSTATIC! He’s been able to close leads, make money, gain referrals and new customers who keep calling for more and more work! Before us, his biggest job was maybe $10k. With us, his biggest job so far has been $17k! He is HIGHLY IMPRESSED that we can get these results for him in what’s usually the slowest time of the year. He even says he thanked God for us on Thanksgiving.” 

I also learned of Owens All Construction who nailed their first lead for a deck replacement totaling over $10,000! Or Sal at Junk Busters who has not only closed multiple junk removal projects, but one of those has led to a huge project with a value of over $15,000. Pernell with PC Concrete reported closing his first job from the initial 3 leads delivered. The job was for a new driveway and brought him revenue of over $11,500! These are the “why”. These and similar stories are the fuel that will drive conXpros to reach even more home improvement and home service pros each day.

The other people that I referred to are our amazing and talented team here at conXpros. We are fortunate and blessed to have such incredible people to work towards that common goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. We also love to celebrate the client and our success together. The holidays were no exception as we hosted our 3rd annual holiday party. We had a ton of fun at Dave & Busters who hosted the team for a fantastic evening of food, games, and celebration. It was a great way to wrap up a big year filled with celebrations of success.

I wish you a successful and celebration-filled year. We look forward to continuing our partnerships and introducing so many more to our services, but more importantly, celebrating their success throughout 2022!!
