Thanksgiving is in the rearview mirror and hopefully, everyone has already awoken from the hibernation that follows the turkey day feast. December is an awesome time of the year for many reasons other than the joyous holiday season we are now in. This is the month that allows us the opportunity to close out the calendar year strong & in style. At the same time, it is when the success you will achieve in the upcoming year is determined through goal setting and planning.

Many of our amazing clients have taken the “close out the year strong” thing to heart and are crushing it to end the year. In this month’s highlights of client success, I will focus on one game-changing deal for one of our veteran partners & share the success of many newer clients that are doing whatever it takes to end the year in grand fashion.

I have the good fortune of being in a role that allows me to hear and share so many client successes. However, ones like the one I am about to share are not so common, but this one is company-changing for the client and I felt no better place to start than to celebrate along with Sergio at S & R Decorative Coatings out of Montclair, CA. Sergio received what appeared to look like any other lead for epoxy flooring. Well, that lead turned into a massive $200,000+ project for a Tesla factory & they were so impressed with Sergio & his team that they are now expecting to be contracted for other factories with similar needs in the near future! WOW! I know that not every job has this potential, but when they do & our guys win, what a feeling! I am confident that 2022 is getting closed out in style at S & R Decorative Coatings. Great job Sergio!

I would be hard-pressed to find success stories to top that one, but when brand new clients experience the success they are seeking when working with a lead generation company from the jump, it makes me smile just as big as the $200k deal. Here are some of our newest clients that have been awesome to share their wins with their account managers and our team:

Aldo with L.RF. Tile Company shared that of the first 2 leads received (one was returned for credit), they secured and closed a deal for over $5,000 for a tile installation! He said he “wants more where those came from”. Who can blame him?

Morgan & Meyers Roofing & Exteriors, also a new client that joined conXpros in mid-October has had immediate success. Carisa, who manages and runs the leads for this company, shared that they already secured 2 roofing projects for over $12,000 in new revenue! Boom!

Steve with Ace Quality Painting is still somewhat new to our services (joined in August) and is in a tough location to generate leads. Although lead volumes are not super high, Steve has rocked it with the opportunities when presented. He reported turning the most recent $240 investment into 2 closed deals for over $7,000 (and is about to go back for another project for one of these new customers)! Who wouldn’t want more than a 20X return? I love knowing that we are making a difference for you Steve. Keep rocking it!

Those awesome results from Steve should be hard to top. However, Angel with A&C Painting and Remodeling has done it! Angel just got started with us in October and from the first 4 leads he paid for, he has turned an investment of just under $400 into more than $10,000 in new revenue & clients. Looks like Angel & Steve need to start the 20X club!

Finally, I wanted to give some kudos to Johnnie with Junk Baby LLC. Johnnie was not specific in the deal sizes, but he did share that they have already nailed 3 projects with 2 others about to close, all within their first 2 weeks of service with conXpros. I would wager that they will be closer to exceeding goals by the end of the year than they were before allowing conXpros the opportunity to help them find success.

Like always, we are blessed with so many fantastic clients that allow us the opportunity to be a part of their teams and companies.
