It’s August already? The kids are starting school? What happened to the summer? The easy answer for the majority of conXpros clients and our internal team, it was smoking hot and we were too busy to realize the summer was almost over.
I appreciate and value all of the amazing partnerships we have and the differences we are and will continue to make in our clients’ lives. What I love even more is the opportunity to celebrate the success many of you experience as a result of you sharing those awesome details with us here at conXpros. That is the “why” we do what we do, and there is nothing better than celebrating achievement and success.
Throughout the month of July, many of our partners found the time in their busy schedules to share details about how fantastic they are doing in their partnership with conXpros. Like previous months, I had a tough time choosing which ones to highlight here in the monthly newsletter, as there were so many success stories shared with us.
There is no better partner to start with than John’s Waterproofing out of Silverton, OR. We have had the privilege to work with Jessica and her company for just over a year. In that time, Jessica shared that they have invested roughly $125k and have seen over $800k in return and have multiple bids pending and projects not yet completed. In fact, they reported a conversion rate for their leads to clients above 75%!!! Fantastic work all around to make it happen and be and be an integral part of John’s Waterproofing success story.
Although it will be challenging to top the last client’s success, there were so many inspiring ones to share. Venkat with Zero Junk LLC in CA is a more recent client, having joined conXpros in early June. They have reported many closed jobs and profitability but wanted to let us know about a sweet $1,200 junk removal project they recently nailed to make an already awesome July even better.
Another new client out in California, Ecostar Remodeling & Construction, shared that they not only bid but nailed 2 of the first 3 leads they received from us. Both of these bathroom remodel projects came in at over $10k each. What a start!
Staying on the new partner theme, Cameron from MC Fence & Deck LLC shared in early July that they completed 9 deck projects from conXpros in June and wanted to add an additional location based on the success. I cannot wait to hear the doubled-up success these guys will have as they are killing it with our system.
Petralli Pro Services reported that they had a stellar week in mid-July with 5 leads resulting in 3 closed jobs totaling over $15k! They mentioned that these were larger than the typical, but are closing at a similar rate on all leads received from conXpros. Oh yeah!
The Affordable Plumber in NC shared some amazing metrics on the ROI the owner, Dean has seen in the last 2 months. Beginning at the end of May, Dean invested $200 each week for plumbing leads. He reports that each $200 investment returned at least $2,000 in client projects! Who would not want to brag & celebrate 10x returns?
Finally, to put a bookend on these inspirational stories of success, look no further than Bryan with US Home Exteriors. In a conversation with their account manager, Bryan shared that the only thing that outperforms us is the word-of-mouth referrals. So far they have spent $5,000 on leads and closed over $70k – one heck of a return!! He also shared that in the last batch of leads received, they set 8 appointments, resulting in 7 demos, and more impressively, 5 closed deals – that’s a 63% close rate!! Beast mode!!
Learning about each client’s success is the fuel all of us here at conXpros rely upon to do the same for others. Don’t be shy, share your success stories with your account managers. Besides taking that information and optimizing your accounts further, it will add to the constant celebration of success we are so fortunate to experience. We are currently in the midst of a back-to-school supply drive and plan to distribute the supplies to those in need as kids are getting back to school.
