December 2021 – What’s New At conXpros

December 1, 2021

It’s hard to believe that November came and went already. With all of the celebrations of success, giving back to the community, and some internal team fun, the month of November is a big blur. Through that blur, there are some exciting things I wanted to focus on and share with everyone. As has become the monthly sharing of client success, November was no different than previous months. I chose a few new clients to conXpros from all of the awesome successes I have heard about to share in the newsletter, and some of these are flat out INSANE!!!

Let’s get right to the insanity by applauding Glenn with Tiger Roofing in the Pacific Northwest. Glenn started with us on November 9th. He already reported closing his first lead for a whopping $60K!!! We all know that not every job is going to be like this one, but what a way to get the ball rolling for Glenn & Tiger Roofing. Kudos all around.

Another heartwarming story comes via Alonzo with Up Grade Paving & Landscaping in the Bay Area of California. Alonzo started his account with conXpros on October 14th. Since that time and an initial investment of $500, Alonzo has closed over $40K from the leads we have delivered. He was doing this as a “side-hustle”, but put in his notice and will now be a full-time business owner thanks to his awesome results thus far. Great stuff Alonzo! We love being a part of this journey with you.

We had a few other new clients reporting phenomenal results right from the jump. Michael with Cooper’s Tree Service in Austin, TX closed 2 jobs within the first 2 days of his leads being active! Similarly, Doug with All Around Heating out of the Chattanooga, TN area closed 2 out of the first 3 leads received. One of which was a service call that turned into a full replacement system, and the other resulted in an 18-month quarterly service contract. Fantastic starts for both of you! As always, it is challenging to determine which success stories to share. Keep letting us know about your wins, as we LOVE to celebrate them with you.

We have organized holiday toy drives for needy children & families in the Metro Atlanta area for the last few years. The drive is in full swing and the pile is growing daily. We cannot wait to deliver the gifts and put smiles on so many faces for the holiday season. Stay tuned for the details from the conclusion of the drive in the next newsletter.

I hope that everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving and wish everyone a warm, joyous, and family-filled holiday season. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your company and your success.

Thank you,

Ari Greenbaum

TEAM HIGHLIGHT

In addition to celebrating the success of our clients, we also love to celebrate together as a team here at conXpros.

What has now become a Thanksgiving tradition, we had our team X-Giving lunch together at the office. Nothing brings people together quite like some yummy food.

We shared some laughs, relaxation, and some full bellies (hopefully not interfering with actual Thanksgiving feasts).

The Key Steps Every Home Improvement Pro Need To Take To Build Their Sales Process

For home improvement pros, business as usual isn’t only about generating leads and doing the work for your clients. It’s also about building a repeatable sales process that ensures profitability throughout the year.

  • Here are some questions you should be asking yourself:
  • How many deals do you close each month?
  • What’s your average revenue?
  • What do you spend on acquiring clients?
  • What do you make on average when you sign on someone new?

If these questions are tough to answer, this could mean it’s time for you to invent a sales process that you and your team can depend on.

Read more on our blog to learn what every home improvement pro needs to take to build a robust sales process.

How to Build Confidence To Boost Your Home Improvement Sales

Sales. No matter the industry you’re in, it’s an inevitable part of your day-to-day as a business owner or entrepreneur.

As home improvement professionals, you’re constantly trying to sell your business and capabilities to homeowners. And when it comes to their home, they need to know they can trust you.

A lack of confidence can make you stick out like a sore thumb. And a homeowner that can pick up on any sign of uncertainty or hesitation from you, will move on to someone they believe to be more reliable.

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS

“Compared to other lead generation services, conXpros has been a breath of fresh air. The other services fight you tooth and nail if credit is needed for a lead that is for a different category, or if the lead can never be contacted, or if the person says they never wanted the service. conXpros stand behind their leads and as long as you make a good attempt at contacting the lead, in my experience, they will grant credits for those valid reasons without a fight. I just wish all lead generation services were like this.”
