April Newsletter – What’s New at conXpros

April 5, 2022

“I love it when a plan comes together”, Hanibal Smith, The A-Team.  When you start a newsletter quoting an 80’s TV character, you can be certain fantastic things will follow. So many people create goals and plans of how to achieve those goals. There is nothing better than celebrating individuals that execute their plans and crush goals. As has been the norm here at conXpros, we have so many awesome successes to celebrate together and the month of March was no different. Our hands are sore from all the clapping and cheering on the success of our valued partners.

Here are a few success stories out of the growing list that I felt appropriate to highlight in the newsletter. Marc with Dewitt Home Services has been in the spotlight in previous newsletters with some fantastic wins and also as a guest on the first episode of the new podcast we launched in January, The X Factor: A Home Pros Sales Podcast. Marc took maximizing an opportunity to the highest level as he converted what was already a nice roof replacement project into much more. He also upgraded the homeowner’s windows, siding, and gutters! In total, the projects generated over $103,000 for Marc & Dewitt Home Services. The man is awesome!

The next client I wanted to highlight did not have a fantastic start to their relationship with conXpros. In fact, Mateo Brothers Landscaping was on the verge of canceling their services but through working with their account manager, they tweaked their processes and the results have been outstanding! They went from not speaking with or closing jobs to running the next 2 leads for some impressive project quotes of $5,500 & $18,000, and nailed them! That is what it is all about right there. Helping a client reach the success they deserve. A true celebration of the client for applying the tools and the account manager for providing his client the platform to win!

As with past newsletters, there are always those clients who we are celebrating right from the start and continue to be impressed with their win totals. Jack with Professional Home Services began with conXpros in early February. He found early success. So much, in fact, he paused his service to get caught up on the projects. Early in March, Jack unpaused his lead flow and won a sweet $30K+ window project within 4 hours of getting back to active! Awesome stuff Jack! I have been hearing that our deck category has been seeing some awesome projects throughout the country.

One of our newest partners here at conXpros experienced some of that himself when Bill with Professional Deck Builders won one of his first leads received for a new deck coming in at over $15K! Kudos all around.  To the amazing clients we have the honor and privilege of partnering with and the exceptional individuals that make up the conXpros team: thank you for the opportunity to help so many home pros experience lead generation the way it should be done— with the success of the client as the only priority.

Keep rocking it and keep those success stories pouring in! I love hearing them and of course, celebrating your success.

The Process of Qualifying Prospects for Your Home Improvement Business

Generating leads is important, but qualifying your leads is vital to ensure you’re targeting the right audience. It’s difficult to ensure every single lead you get is qualified, especially in the home improvement business.

Homeowners are not professionals (which is why they’re calling you) and are less likely to understand what they actually need. It’s in your hands to make sure they are qualified before spending your time and energy nurturing the lead.

So, how can you ensure that your leads are qualified? Read our blog to learn the process of qualifying leads for your home improvement business.

5 Steps to Building Your Organic Marketing Strategy

If you own a home improvement or serviced-based contracting company, you know just how important it is to market your services online. Without it, you wouldn’t have the lead pipeline it takes to keep your business afloat! Most paid marketing tactics can get pretty pricey though. If only there were a way to market your business without a (relatively) high price point….

Luckily for all home improvement pros, there is! It’s called organic marketing. Organic marketing allows you to drive traffic to your business online without using paid methods.

Read our blog to learn the 5 key steps every home improvement pro needs to take to build their organic marketing strategy.

“We love working with the team at conXpros. We are able to close about 75% of the leads that come through conXpros. They have great customer service. We typically receive a phone call from them once a week to follow up on leads that they’ve sent us. When we receive a bogus lead they always credit our account and sometimes they even beat us to the punch and credit our account before we even ask for the credit. Top-notch company.”
