At conXpros we’re always looking for new ways to help home improvement pros generate leads more efficiently and effectively. This is why we recently added an exciting new feature to every client’s service, free of additional charge! If you’re in the home improvement industry and are looking for quality, exclusive leads, you’ve come to the right place.
conXpros has a special automated follow-up text and email service that directly connects you with leads in real time. Now, along with being notified through text and email, our new ‘Ring’ feature will notify you via a phone call every time a new lead is delivered to you to ensure you never miss out on potential business.
Here’s how it works.
When a lead is delivered to you, you will receive a phone call from the number (917) 243 – 1650. We recommend saving this number so you always know when a lead comes through. When answered you’ll hear an automated prompt where your lead’s information will be stated.
After hearing the prompt, you will stay on the line and you will then attempt to be connected with the homeowner. If they don’t answer you can leave a message. To be clear, this is an automated prompt from conXpros that calls you to connect you with your lead, leads will NOT be calling you directly.
Just like our other automated systems that help connect you with leads, the Ring feature operates in the same way. If you aren’t connected with the homeowner on the first call, 15 minutes later you will get another ring to try again. If unsuccessful, you will receive another call 26 hours after the second one and then the last attempt in 52 hours from the 2nd attempt. This does not mean you cannot reach out to them on your own time, this is our proven process that we recommend following to be successful with contacting potential leads. If during any of these attempts you get connected with the lead, there will be no follow-up calls.
These calls will only come between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time zone. If any lead comes in outside of those hours, the sequence of follow-ups will start either the next day at 8 AM or at 8 AM the day of if a lead is delivered earlier.
